Our goal is to build as many dignified homes and community infrastructures as possible and that requires space to build. The Land Renovation program leverages Qualified Opportunity Zones and New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) benefits. If you are interested in partnerships, tax credit investments, and sales of land parcels for future developments contact Visions today.

The Land Renovation Program invests in projects that improve access to a range of social and economic development strategies for underserved neighborhoods, low-income families, military veterans, individuals identifying as BIPOC, and or other marginalized groups.

Our projects promote safe environmental standards, energy conservation, land preservation, equity, and access. Parking lots, blighted, and undeveloped lands can be quickly transformed into walkable and transit-accessible supportive housing, a new pre-natal medical clinic, or a neighborhood park.

When it comes to designing neighborhoods and community spaces, we always think widely about the end user, to make sure people of all ages, genders, and ethnicity feel welcome. Land renovation projects make our communities more attractive, economically stronger, and more socially diverse.

Other associations: Visions partners with corporate, federal, and regional agencies, faith-based organizations, and nonprofits to help identify land renovation opportunities.
