The Godsmen Building Project is a mix-use education and commercial retail smart building development planned for Atlanta, Georgia. We envision an inclusive space, warm and welcoming.

The goal of this smart mix-use development is to support residents’ access to education values, healthcare, and career endeavors, and increase economic stimulation for entrepreneurial pursuits, new businesses, and job creation. The project will produce a total of 100 new full-time jobs. Seventy-five percent of the full-time jobs are slated for low-income individuals.
